摘 要:以线密度1 776 dtex超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维为例,采用电子式拉力机测试纤维的拉伸蠕变性能,探讨了操作条件对测试结果的影响。结果表明:UHMWPE纤维的预伸长率和蠕变伸长率随蠕变载荷、蠕变时间和拉伸速度的增大而增大,随纤维测试长度的增大而减小,其中,拉伸速度对纤维的蠕变性能测试有很大影响;建议对GB/T 19975—2005进行修改,对其中的拉伸速度、夹持长度进行限制。An electronic tensile machine was used to measure the tensile creep behavior of ultrahigh-relative molecular mass po lyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber with the linear density of 1 776 dtex. The effects of operation conditions on the measurement results were discussed. The results showed that the front elongation and creep, elongation of UHMWPE fiber were increased with the in crease of creep load, creep time and drawing speed, but were decreased with the increase of fiber test length; and the drawing speed had a great effect on the creep behavior of the fiber. It was suggested that GB/T 19975 - 2005 be revised and the drawing speed and fiber clamping length be restricted.
