摘　　要：目的探索TGF-β1R在通脉大生片作用下的离体大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞中的表达。方法将培养的原代大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞,随机分为自然生长对照组、通脉大生片高剂量组、通脉大生片中剂量组、通脉大生片低剂量组、FSH组,分别在细胞生长对数期给药,取给药后的细胞培养上清液,用酶联免疫法检测上清液中TGF-β1R的表达量。结果自然生长组各时间点的TGF-β1R的表达量无明显变化,通高组、通中组、通低组于给药12 h时TGF-β1R的表达量达高峰,48 h降到最低,FSH组于给药2 h后TGF-β1R的表达量达高峰,48 h降到最低。结论通脉大生片可增加TGF-β1R的表达量,进而揭示通脉大生片通过可能通过TGF-β/smad信号通路来调节卵泡的发育和排卵。Objective To explore the expression of TGF - β1R in the Tongmai Dasheng Tablets （TMDST） under the action of the isolated ovarian granulosa cell in rat. Methods Ovarian granulosa cells were euhured and were randomly divided into control group, high - dose group, medium - dose group, low - dose group and FSH group, respectively to dose the medicine, in the cell growth logarithmic phase, culture supernatant of cell after medicine, to detect the expression of TGF - β1R using enzyme immunoassay. Results The expression of TCF - β1R at each time point has no obvious change in the natural growth group, the expression of TGF - β1R in 12 hour of administration reached peak in high - dose group, medium - dose group and low - dose group ,48 hours to a minimum,the expression of TGF - β1 R reached peak at 2 hours after dosing in the FSH group ,48 hours to a minimum. Conclusion TMDST carl increase the TGF - β1 R expression,then reveals the tablet by either by the TGF - β / Smad signaling pathway to regulate follicular growth and ovulation.
