健脾解毒方中甘草酸铵含量的高效液相色谱法测定

摘　　要：目的建立测定健脾解毒方中甘草酸铵的含量的方法。方法采用HPLC,色谱柱为Kromasil ODS-1 C18柱(100mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵(67∶33),检测波长250 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;进样量20.0μl。结果健脾解毒复方中甘草酸铵在0.02～4.0μg浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.45%,RSD为1.27%。结论该方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可用于健脾解毒方的质量评价。Objective To establish the determination method of ammonium glycyrrhetate in Jianpi Jiedu recipe by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used with Kromasil ODS-1 C18（5 μm,100mm ×4.6mm） as the analytical column,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min;The mobile phase was Methanol 0.2 mol/ammonium acetate（67∶ 33）.The UV detective wave length was at 250 nm.The sample volume was 20.0ul.Results Ammonium glycyrrhetate showed good linear relationship（r = 0.9999） with in the range of 0.02 ～ 4.0 μg,and the average recovery rate was 98.45%（RSD = 1.27%）;Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and durable for quantitative determination of ammonium glycyrrhetate in Jianpi Jiedu recipe.
