摘  要:目的考察滇黄精多糖的制备工艺,建立中药多糖制备工艺共性技术。方法考察黄精多糖提取、醇沉、脱蛋白与脱色工艺。结果构建了包括多糖提取、醇沉、脱蛋白与脱色四个步骤完整的工艺组合。结论该技术不仅对药材黄精的资源利用与开发具有现实意义,而且对建立植物多糖的共性关键技术也有重要的理论指导价值。Objective To investigate the preparation process of Polygonatum kingiamum Coll.et Hemsl polysaccharides and to establish a generic technology of preparing Chinese medicinal herb polysaccharide.Methods Extraction,alcohol precipitation,deproteinization and decoloration of Polygonatum kingiamum Coll.et Hemsl polysaccharides are investigated in this work.Results This study has constructed a complete technology combination of preparing Polygonatum kingiamum Coll.et Hemsl polysacc-harides,including extraction,alcohol precipitation,deproteinization and decoloration.Conclusion The technology combination not only has realistic significance on utilization and development of Polygonatum kingiamum Coll.et Hemsl,but also some important theoretical references on establishing a generic key technology of preparing plant polysaccharide.
