摘 要:采自安徽贵池的钉螺每粒感染 50只湖南株日本血吸虫毛蚴后的组织学观察说明 :毛蚴钻穿钉螺有从螺鳃部、头足部的表皮以及实质组织 (外套膜、触角和阴茎 )等三方面途径 ,其中以前二者尤为重要 ;毛蚴进入螺鳃丝后直接进入血液循环系统。从头足表皮进入的毛蚴 ,除了少数在钻穿部位附近滞留外 ,多数继续向头足部深层的肌肉和窦状组织间隙移行 ,以前头足窦、直肠和消化道外的组织间隙以及肾脏为主要的移行部位 ;从外套膜、触角、阴茎等部位进入的毛蚴不表现明显的组织间移行 ;至于毛蚴能否从消化道部位入侵 ,需进一步观察。螺宿主对吸虫幼虫期的血细胞反应主要是在毛蚴入侵早期以及子胞蚴逸离母胞蚴的早期 ,表明螺宿主血细胞反应可能具有对幼虫发育期的特异性。According to histological study on the distribution of the miracidia and mother sporocyst in Oncomelania hupensis after a certain number of Schistosoma japonicum exposure to each snail. We know that at least three routes for miracidia of S.japonicum entering into the tissues of O.hupensis : 1. Entering the branchial and then penetrating into the gill filaments. 2. Penetrating through the tegument of snail. 3. Penetrating through other substantial tissues, such as the mantle, tenacle and penis etc. Of the three routes, the percentage of miracidia in these tissues to total miracidia each is: gill,33 1% (115/347); tegument and muscle of cephalopodium,16 4% (57/347);and the other substantial tissues (mantle, tenacle, penis etc.),7 5% (26/347); but the penetration through the wall of the digestive tract of stomach is not detectable. Whether this route could be effective for miracidia entering into the inner tissues of snail is need to be resolved. After the miracidia of S.japonicum penetration into O.hupensis , only a few miracidia stay around the penetration sites and most of them would enter the deeper sinus like tissues, such as kidney, anterior cephalopodium and peri rectum sinus, which are the major tissues for mother sporocysts to colonize and where 42 0% mother sporocysts were found during the whole development period of the parasites. The development of larval S.japonicum and O.hupensis (from Anhui Province) blood cell reaction to them are observed. We found that the larval parasites were surrounded by blood cells of the snails especially on early stages of mother sporocyst and daughter sporocyst but not for conspicuous encapsulation reaction, which suggest that the reaction may be stage specific to development of larval trematode.
