摘　　要：研究了基于ATML的标准描述在测试通道搜索中的应用,提出利用ATML的关键信息搜索测试通道的方法;利用矩阵工具对测试通道中开关模块进行了建模,并深入研究了由开关模块级联形成的开关系统的模型建立方法;该模型实现了测试路径自动搜索并判断出具体闭合哪个开关才能实现测试通道导通,使开发人员编写的测试程序可以完全与测试路径硬件无关,提高了测试程序的可移植性。The application of ATML description in test route search is researched, and the method of using ATML document to search test route is proposed. Matrix tool is utilized to build switching model in test route, and the method of build switching system model consisting of switches is deeply researched. This model achieves searching test route automatically and judging that closing which switches can keep the test route. This helps programmer to programme TPS which is declaration to test route hardware, and improves the portability of TPS.
