摘  要:从实测环境出发,以某汽油发动机气缸盖和气缸套温度场分布规律为研究对象,采用存储测试技术设计了高精度、多通道、大容量、小体积、同步性好的气缸温度测试系统;系统以高集成度的MSP430系列单片机为控制核心,用大容量闪存存储数据;实测实验结果表明:测试系统能够精确记录气缸盖和气缸套的温度变化,准确可靠的测试结果为汽油发动机的可靠性研究,发动机的优化设计和改进提供了很大的参考依据。From the practical testing circumstances, this paper takes the temperature field distribution of a kind of petrol engine cylinder head and cylinder liner as the objects of research, we have designed a temperature testing system which has some advantages such as high precision, multi--channel, large capacity, small volume and excellent synchronicity. The system applys the highly integrated MSP430 MCU as the control center and stores data using large data--capacity flash memory. The experimental result shows that this device could accurately record the temperature changes of the cylinder head.and cylinder liner. Accurate and reliable testing results have provided us with significant references for petrol engine s reliability studies, the design of optimization and improvement.
