摘 要:电缆电源故障中的高频冲击只影响电源本身结构刚度,信号脉冲特征无大变化,故振动噪声信号在频域中无明显征兆;因此频谱分析对裂纹诊断基本无效;提出一种基于包络分析的电缆电源高频冲击故障信号检测技术,电缆电源表面出现局部损伤时,会产生冲击脉冲力,必然激起测振系统的高频固有振动;通过中心频率等于该固有频率的带通滤波器把该固有振动分离出来;通过包络检波器检波,去除高频衰减振动的频率成分,诊断出故障;实验结果表明,这种方法对电缆电源的故障信号提取精度较高,检测的精度达到了88%以上,高于传统的80%平均线。Cable power failure the high frequency impact only affect the power itself structure stiffness, signal pulse characteristics no big change, the vibration noise signal in frequency domain no obvious signs.
