摘  要:为满足工业控制领域大量使用RS232接口设备及控制多台设备的需要,并为减少布线、降低成本,设计一款多路串口收发器是有相当的现实意义的;文中基于STM32F2系列微处理器设计一款多串口转发器,将多路RS232信号转换成一路半双工/全双工RS485信号,并将经远距离高速传输后的RS485信号再还原为多路串口信号;为保证系统能够安全可靠地工作,每个外设接口的电源及信号均进行隔离,以避免外部干扰对系统造成损害;远传端采用带预加重功能的半双工/全双工RS485总线方式;该系统在水下观测型运载器上的应用表明,此种方式可实现多个远端串口设备高速、实时通信。A multiport--serial transponder system has been designed based on STM32F2 microprocessor to meet the requirement of the fact that there are so many devices with RS232 interface in the field of industrial control and, there are many equipments in a single field com municating at a very long distance. With the help of the system, both wiring and costs can be reduced. In the multiport--serial transponder system, the signal from different RS232 serial ports is translated into RS485 signal, and after a long--distance transmission, the RS485 sig- nal is restored into the corresponding RS232 multiport--serial signal. Every serial port is isolated with power and signal to guarantee the security of the system. RS485 transceiver with preemphasis is used in this system for high--speed, long--distance communication. It has been proved by Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) that communication in this way is reliable in communication at a long distance.
