摘 要:研究基于微波雷达测距测速的轨道车防撞报警装置;基于轨道车施工现场实测数据和检测要求制定了系统参数;精密半波整流电路将差拍信号转换成单极性信号,采用电压过零比较器和单片机中断相结合测出差拍信号频率,可得机车速度信息;通过求均值的方法检测出整流后脉动信号幅值,可得对应的距离信息;分析了现场干扰源,制定了干扰排除算法以确定距离速度信息的有效性;该防撞报警系统已经在郑州铁路局使用,测距误差小于2m,效果良好。The device for anticollision of railcars based on microwave radar which applied to distance and velocity measurement is stud ied. The system parameters are constituted based on detection request and railcar working scene data. Beat signal is converted to unipolarity signal by precision half wave rectifier circuit. The frequency of beat signal is identified by zero voltage comparator and signal chip microcom puter interrupt, and the velocity can be derived. The distance can be derived from average of acquisition data of rectifier output. The disturb ance sources of working field are analysed. The algorithm for eliminating interference is to assure the validity of distance and ve locity measurement. The anticollision warning system is applied to Zhengzhou railway station, distance error is less than 2m, achieves good results.
