酸枣仁汤含药血清指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立酸枣仁汤含药血清指纹图谱,分辨该方给药后血中的药源性成分及代谢产物并作初步分析,为酸枣仁汤血清药物化学及药效物质基础研究提供依据。方法:家兔灌胃给药制备含药血清,HPLC法建立其指纹图谱,并与相同条件下的洗脱梯度、溶剂、空白血清、体外全方及其各单味药图谱比对,对色谱峰归属进行分析。结果:在含药血清图谱中共检出9个成分,其中3个为药源性成分,1个为代谢产物,其余为血清固有成分。结论:本研究建立的方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于酸枣仁汤血清药物化学及药效物质基础的研究。Objective： To establish Suanzaoren Decoction （ SZRD ）medicated serum fingerprint, distinguish the drug-induced composition and metabolism＇ product from medicated serum and make preliminary analysis, providing the basis for researches on serum medicine chemistry and efficacy material foundation. Method： The medicine serum was prepared by filling rabbits＇ stomach with medicine, establishing its fingerprint through HPLC and comparing with the fingerprints of Gradient elution, solvent, blank serum, medicine in vitro and every single herb medicine, analyzing the ownership of every peak. Result： 9 compositions were detected in： Suanzaoren Decoction （ SZRD ）medicated serum fingerprint, 3 ones Were drug-rindueed eompositi0ns, 1 was metaholites, and others were the natural ingredients for serum. Conclusion ： This method is accui＇ate, reliable and reproducible, which can be used to research serum medicine chemistry and efficacy material foundation.
