摘　　要：通过引用较为翔实的史料,整理回顾中医外科手术的源流与发展历程,分析中医外科手术发展受限的原因,为系统理解并建立正确的现代中医手术观,促进现代中医外科的专科发展,创新地继承与发展中医提供有益的思考。： By citing detailed and accurate historical data, it reviewed the origin and history of TCM surgical operation development, analysed the causes that restricted the development of TCM surgical operation, and accordingly, provided helpful thoughts about understanding and establishing a correct view of modern TCM operation, and promoted the modern TCM surgery development, inherited and developed the innovativeness of TCM.
