摘　　要：子宫肌瘤为妇科中常见疑难杂病,目前对于该病的治疗,以传统手术及激素治疗为主,但临床上药物长期应用毒副作用大,手术后易复发,并发症多等缺陷给患者造成很大痛苦。而中医的内、外治疗法效果显著,对于子宫肌瘤的治疗有独到的优势。该文探讨子宫肌瘤的病因病机和治则治法规律,希望为临床治疗拓宽思路。Hysteromyoma is a common and difficult disease in gynecology.Conventionally it is treated with surgery and hormone, which usually brings about a lot of sufferings to the patients owing to its defects of drug toxic-side effects if used for long and relapses after surgelT or complications.Either internal or external TCM treatment has produced excellent results.In order to extend thinking modes in clinical treatment, we wrote this article revealing our research in its etiology, pathogenesis and the rules of treatment principles and theraoies.
