摘　　要：随着现代医学研究的不断深入,肠道菌群与人体健康之间的关系越来越被人们所重视。中医学以其独特的理论体系——阴阳五行学说认识人体,认识疾病并指导治疗。从中医学的思维角度对肠道菌群进行理论分析,初步探讨中医阴阳五行与肠道菌群间的关系,不仅能够更好的认识人体、认识疾病,更能促进微生态学和中医药学的结合与发展。The relationship between intestinal flora and human health is being paid an increased attention with an unceasing development of modern medicine research, and based on its unique theoretical system, traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） studies and understands human diseases, besides guiding the treatments.To make a preliminary discussion on the relationship between the theories of TCM Yin-Yang and Five Elements and intestinal flora, which enables a promotion of further combination and development between microecology and TCM, besides a better understanding of human＇s body and diseases, according to the intestinal flora analysis theoretically from TCM perspective.
