手拔罐治疗中风病后手肿胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察手拔罐治疗中风病后合并手肿胀的临床疗效。方法:选取中风病后合并手肿胀的患者160例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗及康复治疗,治疗组加用手拔罐治疗,1个月后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和65.0%,有显著性差异(P<0.01);且治疗组改善手肿胀程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对于中风病后合并手肿胀患者,手拔罐治疗可以有效改善偏瘫侧肢体肿胀,有利于患肢的神经营养和功能活动恢复。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of swelling hand with cupping therapy after stroke. Method. 160 patients with selected swelling hand after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups were given conventional treatment and rehabilitation trearment, the treatment group added hand cupping therapy. Clinical effects were evaluted after 1 month. Result： The total effetive rates of the treatment group and the control group were 87.5% and 65%, and there was significant difference （ P〈0.01 ）; and the treatment group improved hand swelling significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion ： For hand swelling patients after stroke, hand cupping therapy can effectively improve the hemiplegic limb swelling, nervous nutrition and functional activities.
