天贝汤加减治疗小儿痰热咳嗽临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察天贝汤加减治疗小儿痰热咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将60例中医辨证为痰热咳嗽的患儿随机分成治疗组与对照组两组,每组各30例,两组均采用西医对症抗炎、支持疗法,对照组给予小儿肺热咳喘口服液口服,治疗组给予天贝汤口服,并随证加减,疗程均为10 d,疗程结束后观察两组的临床疗效及证候积分改善情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为96.7%,对照组临床总有效率为83.3%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床证候比较也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用天贝汤加减治疗小儿痰热咳嗽不仅能提高疗效,还能缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tempeh Decoction for treatment of phlegm cough in children. Methods ： 60 cough patients with TCM syndrome of phlegm-heat were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 in each group.The two groups used Western medicine symptomatic anti-inflammatory and supportive therapies.The control group was given Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid orally, and the treatment group received Tempeh Decoction orally and the course of treatment was 10 d.The clinical efficacy and symptom score were observed after the end of treatment. Results ： The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, and the total effective rate was 83.3% in the control group. Compared the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .After treatment, two clinical syndromes also had statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tempeh Decoction for treatment of children with phlegm-heat cough can not only improve the efficacy, but also shorten the course, and it is worthy of clinical application.
