摘  要:目的:探讨中风恢复期病人实行中西医结合健康教育护理方法的临床意义。方法:选取2012年1月—2012年12月入住我院的中风患者284例按就诊顺序随机分为两组,对照组采用一般西医护理常规,观察组在此基础上加用中医的辨证施护和中药泡洗、拔罐等操作,比较两组患者的平均住院天数、生活满意率和医护满意率。结果:观察组患者平均住院天数明显低于对照组,数据相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗好转率和医护满意率均明显高于对照组,数据相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中风病人施行中西医结合健康教育护理方法,可以有效缩短住院天数,增加临床治愈好转率,减少医患纠纷,增加患者的医护满意率,有利于中风患者的各方面身体机能的恢复,具有积极的临床意义。Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of stroke patients recovering from the implementation of the integrative medicine health education nursing. Methods: From January 2012 to December 2012,284 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with the general Western medicine care and the observation group on this basis, added Chinese medicine syndrome nursing foam washing and Chinese medicine cupping operation. The average hospital stay, life satisfaction and health care satistaetion rate of the two groups were compared. Results : The patients average hospital stay was significantly lower than that of the control group, the data was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). The improvement rale and satisfaction rate of the observation group were better and significantly higher compared to the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conc.lusion : The effect of integrative medicine health education methods of care on stroke patients, can effectively shorten the length of stay, increase clinical cure rate, reduce patient disputes, increase the patients' health care satisfaction rate, and it is conducive to the recovery of stroke patients' body functions with positive clinical significance.
