中药郁金挥发油成分及挥发油中蜡质成分研究

摘　　要：对中药郁金挥发油成分进行 GC- MS- DS分析 ,共分离得到 137个气相色谱峰 ,鉴定出 73种成分 ,其中 36种为首次鉴定出。其次 ,作者对其挥发油中蜡质成分进行分离 ,经 GC- MS- DS分析得其主要成分为长直链烷烃和长直链脂肪酸。The chemical constituents of essential oil from Chinese traditional drug Yujin (Tubers of Curcuma )were studied systemically by GC MS DS anlysis.One hundred thirty seven peaks appeared in GC.Seventy three compounds were determined and thirty six of them were firstly determined.Then,the chemical constituents of wax from the essential oil were separated.The main constituents made up of long straight alkanes and long straight aliphatic acids by GC MS DS analysis.
