摘　　要：为推动学部制下图书馆资源建设和服务创新,在分析学部制改革对高校图书馆工作改革要求的基础上,介绍图书馆文献资源分中心搭建过程中采购平台、优势馆藏、文献利用分析系统的搭建;交流讨论分中心搭建过程中搭建基于Web2.0的交流讨论中心、搭建基于SNS社交网络的交流平台、开辟交流讨论区、举办交流讨论活动;创新研究分中心搭建过程中人才培养机制、新型学部学术团队、参考咨询服务平台的搭建。在此基础上,最终搭建"资源、管理、服务"三位一体的发现与创新总中心。In order to promote the resource construction and service innovation, this paper analyzes the innovation requests the faculty system reform imposed on university library; introduces the construction of sourcing platform, the superior collection and the literature-utilization analysis system in the process of building literature resources sub-center; discusses the communica- tion center based on web2. 0, the communication platform based on SNS, the location and activities when building the communica- tion and discussion sub-center; presents the personnel training mechanism, the ice platform during building the innovation research sub center. In the end, a management, service＂ is founded. new academic faculty team, the reference servdiscovery and innovation center of ＂resource,
