摘　　要：着眼于广东省本科院校和高职院校图书馆绩效管理现状,比较两者绩效管理的差异,并以此为基础探讨适合两者的绩效管理模式。Based on the current situation of performance management in university libraries and vocational college libraries,this essay compares the differences existing in the performance management of the two types of libraries;then,discusses their suitable performance management models.
