摘  要:RFID系统的应用显著地提高了图书馆的服务质量和效益,使图书馆用户服务模式呈现出集成化、开放、自助的特点,但基于RFID的服务模式也产生了许多挑战,出现书刊流动性和可获性的冲突、多种信息系统的集成管理、用户需求的获取方式改变以及书刊损毁的可控性减弱等问题。文章通过对中国人民大学图书馆RFID服务模式的分析,对存在的问题与不足提出解决方案,以达到深化RFID应用和提高图书馆服务的目的。The paper focuses on the application of RFID system in library and the mode of patron services. The RFID library system promotes the service quality and effectiveness, thus library service mode has the distinguishing features of integration, free and open, and self-service. However, there are also some problems in this mode of patron service which should be dis- cussed and solved in practice, such as the conflict between the book mobility and availability, the integrated management of in- formation systems, the changes in the ways of acquiring user demand, and the weakening controllable damage rate of books and periodicals. The paper takes Renmin University libraries for example, introduces the application of RFID system in order to improve the quality of the library services.
