摘　　要：为了快速高效地获得产品尺寸变型的设计参数值,文中结合了广义简约梯度优化算法和基于参数化的尺寸变型设计理论,提出了基于广义简约梯度法的尺寸变型优化设计方法,此方法通过广义简约梯度法对由变型经验公式计算得到的变型尺寸进行优化,得到最优的产品变型方案。文中运用此方法对颚式破碎机进行了尺寸变型优化设计,设计了破碎最大进料粒度为1 300 mm的颚式破碎机,并以此过程介绍了基于广义简约梯度法的尺寸变型优化设计方法的步骤及过程。In order to gain the optimal dimension value of variant design of products, by combining Generalized Reduced Gradient Method （GRG） with level parameterized variant design method, the variant optimization design method based on GRG was presented. This method enables to gain the optimal variant scheme through optimization of the value of dimension computed by empirical equation using GRG. The jaw crusher which crushes stones of less than 1 300 mm was designed. And steps and process of this method is described by the process of the variant optimal design of jaw crusher.
