摘  要:提出了一种数控落地铣镗床长行程拼接床身的设计和加工技术,重点阐述了床身的结构设计、拼接方式、拼接面加工技术、导轨面合加工技术及连接定位技术,保证了长拼接床身的精度、精度保持性及机床的使用性能,解决了数控落地铣镗床X向行程较长的难题。In this paper, a kind of CNC floor-type milling and boring machine with long stroke splicing bed design and processing technology was introduced. The bed structure design, splicing method, splicing surface processing technology, surface close pro- cessing technology as well as connection positioning technology were emphatically expressed. The long splicing bed accuracy, precision stability and machine performance were ensured. In addition, the difficult problem of CNC floor-type milling and boring machine with X-axis to travel a long stroke was solved.
