摘  要:针对使用广泛的动态轨道衡的应用需求,设计了一款基于SoPC的数据采集与传输系统。该系统用一片FPGA作为核心器件,实现了对动态轨道衡称重数据的采集与传输控制;以IP复用技术为核心,采用了Nios Ⅱ软核、SPI核和自主设计的以太网控制器ENC28J60专用控制IP核,通过编写驱动和应用程序,完成了一款专用SoPC系统。系统实现了对动态轨道衡8路传感器信号的采样与传输,同时充分利用SoPC的优势提高了动态轨道衡数据采集与传输系统的通用性,使其具有灵活高效、适用于不同环境、易于升级的特点。A data acquisition and transmission system based on SoPC is designed according to the application requirements of dynamic railway scale which is widely used. This system uses an FPGA chip as the core device to realize the control of weighing data acquisition and transmission. Focuing on IP reuse, it uses Nios II soft-core processor, SPI control IP core and independent designed control IP core for Ethernet controller ENC28J60, together with the control programs, to constitute a dedicated SoPC system. The system realizes eight-channels data sampling simultaneously. It makes full use of SoPC design's advantages to improve the performance of dynamic railway scale, so that this system is flexible and efficient, applicable to different environments and easy to update, etc.
