两岸公文定义之历史内涵及逻辑关系比较

摘　　要：两岸公文概念在不同的制度文化背景下,按照各自的方向和逻辑发展演变,积淀了丰富的历史内涵。定义类属相同,内涵颇殊。内地定义由疏而密,追求严谨、精密,失之于"窄";台湾定义均为一贯,体现开放、包容,失之于"宽"。究其原因,除政体、政务及历史因素,定义方法和技术值得推敲。Under the different culture background of system, the document concept in two areas evolute accord- ing to direction and logic of their own, and accumulated the rich historical connotatiorr Though the class of two defini- tions is the sam~ the connotation is different The document concept in mainland is defined by the sparse and dense fo- cus on the rigorous precise language structure. but the connotation has been narrowed. The document concept in Taiwan is consistent, open, tolerant, but the connotation has been widened. Besides the government, political and historical fac- tors there are other reasons like the method and technique of defining are worthy of discussion
