摘 要:我国公务员考试录用制度20年的连续实施,极大地促进了公务员队伍构成的整体优化,产生了多方面的积极性社会影响,但也存在目标置换和标准冲突、录用权力相对集中、录用渠道多元化以及录用测评体系不完善等不足之处。对此,本文从完善公务员职位分类分级制度、构建分类分级录用测评体系、优化与创新录用考试方式、合理配置录用管理职权以及强化法治保障等方面提出了发展我国公务员考试录用制度的建议。It has been 20 years since the Civil Service System for examination and appointment has been implemented in China, which has greatly optimized the civil servants organization in general and produced a variety of positive social impacts. However, there are also some problems, such as the conflict between the target displacement and standard, the rela- tively centralized power, the varied employment channels and the imperfect hire assessment system. To this, this pa- per suggested that the civil service system for examination and appointment should be devoted to improving the system of civil servants position and grading classification , building the assessment system for this system and bringing a new idea for the ways of examination. It is also important to allocate rationally the management authority and strengthen the rule of law guarantee.
