摘  要:通过对耐碱涂覆网格布与耐碱网格布碱液浸泡处理前后的SEM图谱分析和拉伸断裂强力的测定,分析其耐碱断裂强力的影响因素。通过试验,得出耐碱涂层对网格布拉伸断裂强力有一定的增强作用;通过对网格布结点强力的测定,确认结点对于网格布经向拉伸断裂强力也有一定的增强作用。网布耐碱拉伸断裂强力主要由玻璃纤维自身拉伸断裂强度、纤维之间摩擦力决定及表面耐碱涂层质量决定。The factors affecting the alkali-resistant (AR) breaking strength of coated AR mesh fabrics and AR-glass mesh fabrics were studied by SEM spectrum analysis and tensile strength determination before and after the fabric soak in alkali solution. The test showed that the AR coating provided certain increase to the tensile strength of the mesh fabrics, and the determination of the strength of mesh interlacing points affirmed that the interlacing points al- so contributed to the increase of the warp-wise tensile strength of the mesh fabrics. It is thus concluded that the ten- sile breaking strength of mesh fabrics depends mainly on the inherent tensile strength of glass fiber and the friction between the fibers, as well as on the quality of the AR coating.
