城市农民工生存、发展问题研究——基于贵阳市的农民工调查

摘　　要：对贵阳市农民工居住环境、(子女)教育、就业、社会保险和未来期望等方面调查表明:该地农民工存在居住条件差,生存环境恶劣,子女上公立学校困难,上私立学校成本过高,自身无技术,收入低且不稳定,社保参保率低等问题。究其原因,主要有城乡二元户籍制不合理,地区利益格局条块化,政府重管不重服务,农民工自身知识水平低,话语权缺失,没有畅通的利益表达机制等。要解决这些问题,应从加强和改善管理,提升农民工自我发展能力,改革社会服务管理方式,确保农民工的话语权和参与权,建立有效的利益表达机制等入手。Through survey of migrant workers of Guiyang city in residential living environment, children education, employment, social insurance, and future expectations, the following problems including poor living conditions, less chance to receive public education for the children, high cost for private education, as well as low level of social security insurance, highly contributed to their low and unstable income. The reasons leading to these problems were ascribed to the urban and rural household registration system, regional interest segmentation, poor service of government, ill-educated status of migrant workers and blocked interest expression mechanism. To solve these problems, government should strengthen the social service and reform management, improve their self-development capability, ensure the reasonable right of migrant worker, establish an effective expression of interest etc.
