摘  要:运用文献法、实验法等,对南美尊巴的健身价值进行研究,结果表明:尊巴的音乐与动作联系紧密,动作滑稽、有趣、易学,互动性强,运动强度适中,能有效增强练习者的心肺功能和下肢的肌肉力量,提高身体的平衡能力和协调性,发展肌肉、韧带的伸展性和弹性.还能消耗练习者的脂肪、塑造形体,改善身体自尊水平,促进情感的交流,增强其社会适应能力,是一项全新、时尚的集体有氧运动,适合在全民健身中推广.To study exercise value of South American Zumba by means of literature survey, experimentation and so on. The result shows that the music and actions of Zumba link closely to each other. The actions of Zumba are funny, interesting, easy to learn, strong in interaction and moderate in exercise intensity, so it can effectively enhance cardio-pulmonary function, develop muscle strength of lower limbs and promote the balance ability and coordination of body as well as the extensibility and elasticity of muscle and ligament. Besides, it also can burn fat, shape figure, improve self-esteem, promote affective interaction and social adaptation ability of practicers. Therefore, Zumba is a totally new and modern group aerobic exercise and popularly suit for nationwide body-building.
