摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯和乙酸锂为原料,水热法制备前驱体,再经过短时间的高温煅烧制备Li4Ti5O12负极材料。利用XRD、SEM和恒电流充放电方法分别测定材料的结构、形貌以及材料的电化学性能。结果表明:制备出的产物Li4Ti5O12颗粒具有尖晶石型结构,其中800°C、6h烧结出的样品具有约800nm的粒径,并表现出优良的电化学性能,0.1C和5C首次放电容量分别达到158.7(mA.h)/g和109.3(mA.h)/g,不同倍率下循环20次容量保持率较好。The Li4Ti5O12 anode material was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and followed by a short calcination process with tetrabutyl titanate and lithium acetate as raw materials. The crystalline structure, morphology and the electrochemical performance of the material were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the galvanostatic charge-discharge test. The results showed that the pure spinel Li4Ti5O12 obtained at 800 ℃after 6 h with about 800 nm particle size displayed excellent electrochemical performance. The discharge capacity was 158.7 (mA · h)/g and 109.3(mA · h)/g at the 0.1 C and 5 C, respectively. After 20 cycles, the discharge capacity has the better retention radio.
