加强革命遗址的保护利用 推进国家历史文化名城建设

摘　　要：惠州市现有革命遗址474处。其中,有一批被命名为或被列为文物保护单位和爱国主义教育基地等得到了较好的保护利用,在党史教育、爱国主义教育和革命传统教育中发挥了积极的作用。但是,也存在着关注度不够、规划建设无序、研究和管理人员缺失、保障经费投入不足、法律法规保障滞后等突出问题。为此,要提高保护利用革命遗址的政治自觉、加大保护利用的力度、保障资金投入、深入发掘革命遗址对创建国家历史文化名城的效能、充分利用红色资源促进国家历史文化名城旅游产业化。There are 474 revolutionary sites in Huizhou. For better protection and utilization, some of the sites have been qualified or listed as the institutions of cultural relic＇s protection or patriotism education bases. The revolutionary sites have been playing a very im-portant role in the education of patriotism, revolutionary tradition and Chinese Communist Party history. However, problems still exist in the protection and utilization, such as the lack of attention from the society and the financial support from the government. Moreover, the planning and construction, the legal protection and the duty of administrator need to be improved. Therefore, we should increase the fi- nancial support,improve the political conscientious and enhance the management to protect and utilize the revolutionary sites. In this way,it will make a contribution to the industrialization of cultural tourism and create Huizhou as a national historical and cultural city.
