摘　　要：发达国家报刊业的发展并不仅仅依靠大型的出版集团,定位准确的小型出版公司也能获得成功。这对我国地方高校学报的改革无疑具有参考价值。地方高校学报规模小,数量多,问题也多,但在改革中却也有着小巧灵活的便利。地方高校应更多地关注自身,从跟随定位、特色定位、层次定位和应用定位入手,细分读者市场,坚持以我为主,以增强自身实力求发展为主,才能在改革中获得主动权。The advance of the newspaper and journal industry in the developed countries is not only depended on the large-type publishing groups but also the small type publishing corporation with the correct direction achieves success. This can be used for the references for the journal reform in the local higher learning units. The scale of the college journal is small but with large quantity and more problems. However, in the course of reform the small journal is of flexible advantages. The local higher learning journal should take more time to publish more fine academic papers with local feature and characteristics. This can promote the journals going forward.
