摘 要:目的总结川芎治疗缺血性脑血管病有效成分及其药理作用分子机制的研究现状,为对川芎的进一步深入研究提供理论和文献依据。方法对国内近15年来发表的相关文献进行分析、整理和归纳。结果川芎主要活性成分川芎嗪(Tetram ethylpyrazine,TMP)具有扩张血管、抑制血小板聚集、防止血栓形成、改善脑缺血等多种作用,酚类物质阿魏酸(Fumalicacid,FA)具有抗血小板凝集、血栓、清除氧自由基等作用,挥发油对缺血性脑损伤具有一定的保护作用。结论川芎嗪、阿魏酸均有较好的抗缺血性脑血管病作用,其药理作用的分子机制较明确,挥发油对缺血性脑损伤具有一定的保护作用,目前对川芎治疗该病的研究仅限于川芎嗪和阿魏酸单成分和挥发油,由于中药具有多成分、作用复杂的特点,应结合其功效加强川芎有效成分、有效成分群、有效部位、有效部位群之间的药效学研究及其作用机制研究,为阐明川芎抗缺血性脑血管病的作用机理提供理论依据,以便更好地指导临床合理用药和创新药物研发。By summarizing the research development on the protection of the active constituent of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort against ischemic cerebrovascular disease and its molecule mechanism, to provide evidence and research ideas for the further study. Methods The pertinent literatures at home in recent 15 years were analyzed, collated and summarized. Results Its main active component Tetram ethylpyrazine(TMP) could stretch blood vessel, restrain the aggregation ofplatelet, prevent thrombopoiesis, improve brain ischemia. The phenols Fumalic acid(FA) can also restrain the aggregation of platelet and clear oxygen radicals. Its essential oil has a protective effect against ischemic brain injuries. Conclusion TMP and FA can be against ischemic cerebrovascular disease, their mechanisms of phar- macologic actions are clear. Its essential oil also has a protective effect against ischemic brain injuries. The present study is only limited to single components and essential oil. Because Traditional Chinese Medicine are multicomponent and have complex effects, the subsequent research should be combined with the pharmacodynamics and mechanisms study of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort active ingredients, active ingredients group, effective sites, effective sites group, to provide theoretical basis for clarifying the anti-ischemic cerebrovascnlar disease mechanism ofLigusticum chuanxiong Hort in order to guide the clinical use of drugs and innovative drug development advisablely.
