摘  要:目的观察高脂血症对模型大鼠血管内皮细胞及血管调节因子的影响。方法高脂饲料喂养大鼠,制备高脂血症大鼠模型;用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清中von Willebrand、NO、ET-1、6-keto-FGF1a、TX-B2的含量。结果高脂血症组大鼠血清中von Willebrand and TX-B2含量高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);NO和6-keto-FGF1a含量低于对照组(P<0.05,0.01<P<0.05),ET-1的含量2组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论高脂血症可通过损伤血管内皮细胞,诱导血管调节因子的表达,调节血管状态。Objective Objective: To observe the effect of hyperlipidemia on vascular endothelial cells and vascular regulation factors in rat model. Methods The classic hyperlipidemia rat model was setup with high fat diet. The content of von Willebrand, NO, ET-1, 6-keto-FGFla, TX B2 in serumde was testes by ELISA. Results Compared with normal group, the content of von Willebrand and TX-B2 were higher in serum of rat model with Hyperlipidemia( P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.05), while NO and 6 keto FGFla were lower, with significant difference( P 〈. 0.05, 0.01 ( P〈 0.05). Meanwhile, the content of ET 1 has no significant difference between groups( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Hyperlipidemia could induce the vascular regulating factors through damaging vascular endothelial cells, and regulated blood essel state.
