C肽、脂联素及糖化血红蛋白在妊娠期糖尿病产后随访的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨C肽、脂联素及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)对妊娠期糖尿病产后随访的意义。方法随访我院114例妊娠期糖尿病患者产后的临床资料,设为观察组,随访同期正常妊娠的80例产妇为对照组,检测并比较2组C肽、脂联素、OGTT、胰岛素及糖化血红蛋白等水平。结果观察组脂联素、C肽均低于对照组,2组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组HbA1c、OGTT及胰岛素均高于对照组,2组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 C肽、脂联素及糖化血红蛋白与妊娠期糖尿病有一定相关性,减少产后失访率及漏诊率,可作为一种早期筛查、诊治2型糖尿病的手段。Objective To investigate the follow-up significance of C-peptide, adiponectin and glycated hemoglobin （HbAle） in the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GI3M） who are postpartum. Methods The clinical data were collected by follow-up for the observation group of 114 patients with the gestational diabetes in our hospital. Meanwhile the 80 cases of normal pregnancy women were determined as the control group for the same term. The levels of C-peptide, adiponectin, OGTT, insulin and glyeated hemoglobin ere were tested and analysed in two groups. Results The levels of observation group of adiponectin and C-peptide were lower than the control group and it had the statistically significance （ P 〈 0.05） ; The levels of observation group of insulin and OGTT as well as glyeated hemoglobin （HbAlc） were higher than the control group and it had the statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of C-peptide and adiponectin as well as glycated hemoglobin might be related to the gestational diabetes patients. The measurement of the levels could reduces the rate of misdiagnosis and the rate of follow-up missing, and is a way of early screening and early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus .
