摘 要:裸粒水稻成熟胚在含不同浓度2,4 -D与激动素的培养基上愈伤组织的诱导率不同 ,2,4-D为2 0mg/L、激动素为1 0mg/L时愈伤组织的诱导率最高 ,达53 3 %。分别以200mg/kg、500mg/kg、800mg/kg和1000mg/kg浓度的秋水仙碱处理二倍体愈伤组织 ,结果都获得了裸粒水稻的同源四倍体无性系 ,但以500~1000mg/kg的浓度处理效果较好 ,800mg/kg的浓度处理最为理想 ,加倍效率达30 0 %。The induced frequencies of wound calluses in naked seed rice were different on the culture media of different concentrations of 2,4 D and KT. It was the highest to 53 3%when 2,4 D was 2 0mg/L and KT was 1 0mg/L. The diploid wound calluses were respectively treated by colchicine of 200mg/kg, 500mg/kg, 800mg/kg and 1000mg/kg. The clonal lines of autotetraploid in naked seed rice were obtained in all treatments. The induced effects were better in 500~1000mg/kg, 800mg/kg was the best and its doubling efficiency was up to 30 0%.
