正常新生儿脐带血血细胞参数参考值范围的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨并建立新生儿脐带血血常规的正常参考值范围.方法收集1635例正常新生儿脐带血,用日本SYSMEX公司XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规的检查,对结果进行统计学分析.结果男性新生儿脐带血的WBC,MCV,PCT,PLT较女性新生儿低,RBC,MCHC,RDW-C较女性新生儿偏高。除有核红细胞(NRBC)外阴道分娩组的WBC,,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCH,MCHC,MCV,MPV,,PCT,RDW,PLT,RDW-C结果较剖腹产组明显偏高.结论正常新生儿脐带血血细胞部分参数存在性别与分娩方式的差别,应该建立本地区脐带血血细胞各项参数参考范围[1].Objective To investigate the reference values of umbilical cords blood routine test among healthy Newborns.Methods Umbilical cords blood samples from 1635 healthy Newborns were collected and tested by an automated hematologic analyzer（Sysmex XE-5000）.The results were analyzed statistically.Results Male new borns＇s umbilical cords blood WBC,MCV,PCT,PLT are higher than female＇s.RBC,MCHC,RDW-C are lower than female＇s.Except NRBC,there were significant differeces in WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCH,MCHC,MCV,MPV,PCT,PDW,PLT,RDW-C between Vaginal delivery and Caesarean delivery.Conclusion There are differences in some parameters of umbilical cords blood routine test between males and females,among different Mode of delivery groups.Therefore we should establish the reference values of umbilical cords blood routine test of local region.
