摘　　要：党的十八大提出建党百年时建成小康社会,极其鼓舞人心。但怎么建成需要各方努力,其中党员干部树立正确价值观很重要。正如胡锦涛总书记所言党员、干部中不同程度地存在着政治信仰迷茫、理想信念模糊、价值取向扭曲等问题。党员、干部价值取向扭曲任其发展会给国家造成错失建成小康社会战略机遇期。形势"倒逼"我们必须消除党员、干部价值取向扭曲,践行社会主义核心价值体系。从当前党内存在的价值取向扭曲现实出发,可以找出产生价值取向扭曲的四维原因,从而摸索在建设学习型党组织过程中消除党员、干部不同程度价值取向扭曲的途径方法,实现带领人民建成小康社会期许。It is extremely inspiring to build comparatively well - off society when the centenary of the CPC, as proposed at its Eighteenth National Congress. And it is very important for the Party members and cadres to establish the correct values. But as the General - secretary pointed out that party members and cadres have problems of confused political beliefs, fuzzy ideals and faith, and distorted values in different degrees etc. , which would result in missing strategic opportunities for well -off society. It is bound to eliminate distorted values of the party members and cadres, practice the socialist core value system. It lists four - dimensional reasons generating distorted values orientation based on reality, to find out ways to eliminate the phenomenon as establishing a study - oriented party, as to realize people＇ s expectation on a well - off society.
