摘 要:经连续光照射以后 ,玉米活体叶片由光系统间电子传递链的非光化学还原引起的叶绿素荧光在暗中的短时上升可以用三重指数模型来逼近 ,从而为该荧光信号的定量分析提供了便利。当照光时间由 30s逐渐增至 2 70s时 ,叶绿素荧光在暗中上升的最大速率、最大高度以及峰的面积均呈现先升高而后缓缓下降的变化趋势 ,而荧光在升至最高峰后下降的最大速率则呈单调递减之势。Post illumination transient increase in chlorophyll fluorescence in intact maize leaves fitted well to a triple exponential model, showing the usefulness of the model as a mathematical framework for analysis. As illumination duration increased from 30 s to 270 s, the maximum ascending gradient, the height and the area of the post illumination fluorescence peak went through an ascent and a subsequent gradual decline, while the maximal descending gradient after the peak showed a monotonicdecline. The change in magnitude of post illumination fluorescence peak with increasing duration of illumination partially reflected the dynamics of the level of stromal reductants accumulated during illumination.
