摘  要:针对矿用空冷器在矿井高温、高湿、高粉尘条件下运行易积污垢和换热效率低的特点,设计出一种智能监控与自动化除垢的矿用空冷器.本装置主要由红外线监控装置、除垢装置、单片机集中控制系统和冷却盘管等4部分组成,外线监控装置监控空冷器换热光管外表面积垢厚度,单片机控制系统对输入的红外线测距数据进行分析处理,并将产生的工作信号传输给除垢装置.通过四部分彼此的数据传输和配合,实现了空冷器监控、除垢和降温一体化.该装置具有高效换热和自洁性能,能有效提高空冷器的运行效率.The mine cooling coils is easy to accumulate fouling and low heat exchange efficiency in high temperature, high humidity, and high dust condition. A kind of intelligent monitoring and automatic removing fouling mine cooling coils is designed. The device is mainly composed of an infrared monitoring device, removing fouling device, microcomputer centralized control system and cooling coils. Infrared device is mainly monitoring the fouling thickness of heat transfer tube surface. The control system analyzes the input of infrared distance measurement data processing, and transmits the working signal to removing fouling device. The realization of monitoring, removing fouling and cooling through data transfer and cooperate with the four parts. The device has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency and self - cleaning performance, and can effectively improve the operating efficiency of mine cooling coils.
