摘 要:目的考察不同温度(25,37℃)下7 h内,注射用万古霉素和注射用去甲万古霉素与5%果糖注射液的配伍稳定性。方法用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中万古霉素和去甲万古霉素的含量,并观察外观、pH的变化。结果注射用万古霉素和去甲万古霉素与5%果糖注射液配伍7 h后外观、pH及含量均无明显变化。结论万古霉素和去甲万古霉素在上述条件下可与果糖注射液配伍使用。Abstract:Objective To investigate the compatible stability of Vancomvcin Injection and Norvancomycin Injection in 5% Fructose Inje] tion at different temperatures (25,37 ℃ )within 7 h. Methods The HPLC method was adopted to determine the contents of vancomv1 and norvaneomycin in the compatibility solution. Results The appearance,pH value and content had no significant change after 7 h/ compatibility solution of Vancomvcin Injection and Norvaneomycin Injection with 5% Fructose Injection. Conclusion Vancomyein a1 norvaneomyein can be used with the compatibility of fructose injection under the above conditions. |
