湿毒清胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹50例

摘　　要：目的观察湿毒清胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择医院2009年2月至2011年12月门诊收治的慢性湿疹患者100例,随机均分为两组。治疗组50例采用氯雷他定(每次10 mg,每日1次)及湿毒清胶囊(每次1.5～2.0 g,每日3次)口服。对照组50例仅用氯雷他定口服。采用EASI评分法按4级评分标准评判疗效。结果治疗8周后,治疗组总有效率为86.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。结论湿毒清胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹,可显著提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shiduqing Capsule combined with loratadine in the treatment of chromc eczema. Methods 100 patients with chronic eczema in this hospital from February 2009 to December 2011 were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly and equally. The therapy group（ n =50） was given Loratadine Capsule（10 mg each time, once daily）and oral Shiduqing Capsule（1.5-2.0 g each time, 3 times daily）. The control groups（n=50） was given oral Loratadine Capsule alone. The eczema area and severity index（EASI）scoring was adopted to evaluate the curative effect according to the 4-grade scoring stan- dard. Results The total effective rate after 8 weeks treatment was 86. 00% in the therapy group,which was significantly higher than 72. 00% in the control group（ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Shiduqing Capsule combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic eczema can significantly increase the clinical effect.
