摘　　要：作为高校辅导员职业行为准则、价值取向和职业伦理规范总和的辅导员职业伦理,为辅导员队伍的和谐建设以及辅导员工作的公正、高效提供了道德精神支持和制度保障。在经济体制改革、文化冲突的教育环境下,高校辅导员职业伦理面临伦理价值失衡、情感危机、片面追求业绩等问题,从道德制度建设、提高伦理道德素质、自我道德管理等层面提出辅导员职业伦理的建设。As the combination of the principle of professional behivior, value orientation and professional ethic code of university counsellor, counselors＇ professional ethics provide moral supports and system guarantee for the harmonious construction of counselor team and their fair and efficient work. In the education environment of economic system reform and the cuhural conflicts, the professional ethics of university counselors face various of deficiency problems such as ethical values imbalance, emotional crisis, onesided pursuit of performance, so this paper puts forward the construction of counsellors＇ professional ethics from the perspectives of moral system construction, moral quality improvement, moral self management.
