从民生幸福的视角看建设海南国际旅游岛

摘　　要：建设海南国际旅游岛,不仅为海南作为全国最大的经济特区再次崛起提供了难得的历史机遇,而且为未来海南人民的幸福生活描绘出了美好的蓝图。应当使国际旅游岛建设工程真正成为海南人民的惠民工程和"幸福"工程,要以国际旅游岛建设为总抓手,闯出一条跨越式发展路子来,争创中国特色社会主义实践范例,谱写美丽中国海南篇章。The construction of Hainan international tourism island has not only provided Hainan, the largest SPZ in China, with a rare historical opportunity for its second rise but also depicted a beautiful blueprint for the prospective happy life of Hainan residents. In order for the construction of Hainan international tourism island to be an actual people-benefit and ＂happy＂ project, efforts must be made to explore a leapfrog path of development, to strive to be a model in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and to turn Hainan into a won- derland popular at home and abroad by focusing on the international tourism island construction, which will have some major exemplary effect for the readjustment and optimization of economic structures and the change of econom- ic development modes nationwide.
