海南文化建设的几点思考

摘　　要：随着时代和实践的不断发展,文化的战略地位和作用发生了很大变化,它不仅是一种促进经济政治发展的手段,而且还是人类社会文明发展的重要标志,且直接关系到民生幸福;而文化的发展必须遵循文化发展规律,突出地方特色。海南正在建设国际旅游岛,文化建设与其它地区相比有着独有的思路。文章从对文化地位和作用的重新认识、文化发展规律等方面就海南文化建设问题进行试探性的分析。With the constant development of the epoch and practice, culture has witnessed great changes in its strategic position and functions, for it is not only a means for facilitating economic and political development but al- so a major symbol of human civilization development, and above all, it is directly related to people＇s livelihood. Cultural development must follow the law of culture development and highlight local features. As Hainan is in the process of building an international tourism island, it should embrace some unique ideas distinct from other regions in its cultural construction. This paper attempts to make a tentative analysis of cultural construction in Hainan in terms of recognition of culture＇ s status and role and of the law of cultural development.
