两岸政治定位话语谱系下的“一国两区”考辨

摘　　要：本文的基本目的是探求两岸政治定位的话语构建路径。求证"一国两区"能否恰当、有效地表述两岸之间的政治定位,成为两岸共同话语的又一组成,则是笔者行文的基本立足点。为达此目的,全文的基本假设是台海之间的政治互动正在构建一个有关两岸政治定位的话语谱系,要说明的问题是:在这一话语谱系之下,两岸政治定位呈现出怎样的认知图景;"一国两区"的话语属性以及被纳入大陆对台政策话语的几率可能;为进一步推动和平发展的两岸关系,"一国两区"话语又有着怎样的改进空间和方法路径。The fundamental purpose of this paper is to seek the discourse method of defining political orientation across the Straits. However, whether the idea of ＂One Country, Two Regions＂ can formulate properly and effectively the political orientation and become a composition of common discourse between the two sides is the foothold of this paper. In order to achieve the purpose, the paper proposes a basic hypothesis that a discourse pedigree about the orientation is taking form due to the political interaction across the Straits. However, there are three aspects that we should take into consideration under the pedigree. First, what kind of cognitive picture that could be presented in the political orientation？ Secondly the development of the discourse attribute of ＂One Country, two Regions＂ and the possibility that it can enter the mainland discourse system. Thirdly, the ways to improve the discourse of ＂One country,Two Regions＂ for the promotion of the Cross-Strait relations.
