提高我国创新型企业R&D投入的激励措施研究

摘　　要：我国经济正处于转型期,创新是目前并且是以后一贯的主题。因此,创新型企业作为主力军应当承担起推动我国经济转型的重任。本文归纳总结了创新型企业的特征,突出了R&D投入的重要作用,并在此基础上介绍了R&D投入的影响因素,最后就增加创新型企业的R&D投入提出几点激励措施。As is known to all, economy of China is in transition now,so innovation is the subject in the present and in the future.And as the main force of economy＇s development,innovative enterprises should assume the important task of promoting China＇s economic transformation.This article summarizes the characteristics of innovative enterprises,and highlights the important role of investment in R＆D.On this basis,there are some introduction of the impact factor to investment in R＆D.At last,the paper puts forward some incentive measures about increasing the investment in R＆D .
