摘　　要：本文集中关注《<新莱茵报。政治经济评论>出版启事》一文的历史背景和发表过程,并对这份启事中的观点,如报刊的使命、报纸与杂志的分工进行了评析,对启事的中文译作了考证,分析了该启事的历史和现实意义。以期更进一步理解马克思和恩格斯在《新莱茵报。政治经济评论》出版时期的新闻观念。This article focuses on the historical background and publishing process of the Neue Rheinische Zeitung Politisch-oekonomische Revue Announcement.It also analyses the opinions in the announcement,such as functions and work division of newspapers and periodicals.It is both a textual research on the Chinese translation and an analysis on the historical and practical significance of the announcement,which facilitates the understanding of Marx and Engels' views on journalism when the Revue was published.
