摘　　要：太阳能电池片测试分选机用于太阳能单晶硅和多晶硅电池片的电性能测量与分选,通过模拟太阳光谱光源对电池片的相关电参数进行测量,依据测量的结果将电池片进行分档。在整个工艺流程中,测试部分是最为重要的环节,测试机构的精准度直接影响测量及分选的结果,基于此介绍太阳能电池片测试分选机测试机构的设计与测量原理。The machine of solar cell testing and sorting can be used to measure and sort the electrical performance of Polycrystalline silicon and monocrystalline silicon. Through the simulated sunlight it can be used to measure the electrical performance parameters. Based on the measurement results, sort the solar cell into different grades. In the whole process, the test section is one of the most important links, the accuracy of the test agency directly affects the test result. Based on this, the paper introduces the design of the test agency of testing and sorting machine and its measurement principle.
