摘 要:鉴于毛尔盖水库的特殊性和重要性,分析了毛尔盖水电站投产后在梯级联合运行情况下黑水河流域毛尔盖水库对下游梯级电站的调节增发效益,分别选择了丰、平、枯三个代表年进行径流调节计算,对联合运行和单独运行发电效益进行了对比分析。分析得知:毛尔盖水库对雅都电站的调节效益介于416.19~2 694.62万元之间,3年平均调节效益为1 713.92万元,比常规单独运行获得增发效益11.58%。对柳坪电站的调节效益介于328.63~2 067.15万元之间,3年平均调节效益为1 346.81万元,比常规单独运行获得增发效益9%。从三个代表年的平均电量成果看:毛尔盖水库对下游梯级的贡献主要体现在蓄丰补枯,减少汛期弃水,增加枯期发电量,使分期、分时电价得到最优化利用,增加了梯级水电站的发电效益。Considering particularity and importance of Maoergai reservoir,increasing benefits gained by Maoergai reservoir regulation to downstream cascade hydropower station in Heishuihe river basin is analyzed after Maoergai hydropower station has been put into operation and under joint operation of cascade power station.Runoff regulation calculations are performed by selecting 3 representative years of wet year,average year and dry year to make comparison of power generation benefits between joint operation and independent operation.The analysis results show that regulation benefits of Maoergai reservoir to Yadu hydropower station are between 4.1619 million Yuan to 26.9462 million Yuan and average regulation benefit is 17.1392 Yuan within 3 years, which is 11.58% more than that of conventional independent operation.The regulation benefits of Maoergai reservoir to Liuping hydropower station are between 3.2863 million Yuan to 20.6715 million Yuan and average regulation benefit is 13.4681 Yuan within 3 years,which is 9% more than that of conventional independent operation.Based on average power output results in 3 representative years,contribution of Maoergai reservoir to downstream cascade power stations mainly includes water impounding in wet year to compensate flow in dry year,surplus water decrease in flood season,power generation increase in dry season, optimal utilization of power price in periods and power generation benefits increase for cascade hydropower station.
